Paleontologists study dinosaur tracks
University of Glasgow paleontologist Neil Clark has studied the
170 million-year-old tracks and says they're indistinguishable.
One set of tracks is from the area of Red Gulch, near the
Wyoming town of Shell. The others are near the shore of the Isle of
Skye off the Scottish west coast.
Now, scientists in Wyoming are scrutinizing the tracks even more
closely. They're using three-dimensional mapping technology that
enables them to make detailed, intercontinental comparisons of the
tracks.
