SALT LAKE CITY, UT (kuer) - For Exigent Records founder Colby Houghton, supporting local and regional bands is "ultimately about the real value of music." Houghton has released some 20 albums with punk rock, hardcore and metal sounds. Now the band Cosm is on his roster too - a Drum & Bass/Hip-Hop group with veteran Salt Lake musician Daniel Day at the helm.
