Bush's lifting of ban praised

Representative Mary Fallin and Senator Jim Inhofe also applauded Bush's decision.
The order lifted by the president has been in place since 1990 when President George H.W. Bush was in the White House.
The bans were put in place to protect environmentally fragile and economically vital areas in states such as California and Texas.
