The Rwandan ambassador to the United States is in Colorado this week courting foreign investors to the formerly war torn central African country. Ambassador James Kimonyo says his country has rebounded remarkably from the horrors of the 1994 genocide. The Ambassador outlined Rwanda's ambitious 20/20 Vision program in a speech yesterday at the Conference on World Affairs at the University of Colorado. KUNC's Kirk Siegler reports from Boulder.
