Arkansas' first case of mumps confirmed

(UALR Public Radio) - The Arkansas Department of Health and Human Services has confirmed the year's first case of mumps in the state, and suspect a second case, but says they appear to be unrelated to the hundreds of cases in Iowa and the Midwest this year.
