Mosaic Templars series Part Three

On September 20th, the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center opens in downtown Little Rock. It celebrates Arkansas's African-American heritage, as well as the history of the group that was one of the largest black organizations in the worldin the 1920's.
West Ninth Street, known as the Line, was once a "city within a city" for Arkansas African-Americans. It housed almost every conceivable type of business, and hosted many famous entertainers.
This three-part series recounts the history of the Mosaic Templars organization, and the West Ninth Street business district.
