Mosaic Templars series Part Two
(2008-09-11)
(UALR Public Radio) - On September 20th, the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center opens in downtown Little Rock. It celebrates Arkansas's African-American heritage, as well as the history of the group that was one of the largest black organizations in the worldin the 1920's.

The Mosaic Templars society was thought defunct until recently, when an extant chapter was contacted in Barbados.

This three-part series tells of that discovery, as well as the history of the Mosaic Templars and the story of the street where it was based, West Ninth.
