Football is back in central Arkansas (UALR Public Radio) - It'll be muddy, but tailgating is still on for this weekend's Razorbacks game against Louisiana-Monroe in Little Rock. Kickoff is 6 p.m. Saturday at War Memorial Stadium. Parking on the War Memorial golf course is still planned, despite the wet conditions. Officials plan to have tow trucks ready to pull stuck vehicles out of the mud.
