Festivus pole approved for capitol grounds

(UALR Public Radio) - The recent controversy over the presence of an athiest group's winter solstice display at the state capitol has prompted another request for access to capitol grounds.

FM 89's Ron Breeding reports on the Festivus pole requested by blogger Jason Tolbert and approved for the capitol by the Secretary of State's office.
