ACORN laying off most of its workers in Arkansas LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (UALR Public Radio) - In the aftermath of a national scandal involving ACORN, the activist group, which started its first chapter in Arkansas, is laying off five of its seven employees in the state. FM 89's Michael Hibblen spoke with Neil Sealy, who is the head organizer for ACORN Arkansas.
