Lottery Commission aims for Oct. 29 first sales
The commission on Friday approved a request for proposals that set Oct. 29 for selling instant-win, scratch-off tickets. The request for proposals seeks bids from companies to design, print, and manage the games.
The commission also approved another request for proposals that sets Dec. 14 as the deadline for selling other types of lottery tickets.
Under the calls for bids issued Friday, the commission would open bids for running the instant games on July 29, while the bid-opening for other games would be on July 23.
