Arkansas needs cycling infrastructure

As more and more bicyclists hit the road in Arkansas each year, conflicts between motorists and cyclists are bound to arise.
Experts agree the state needs more bicycling infrastructure, but Arkansas simply doesn't have the money to build bicycle lanes, which cost thousands of dollars per mile.
In the second part of our special two-part series, FM 89's Lara Farrar travels some narrow roads in central Arkansas in search of some solutions.
