On March 16th, Arkansas Governor Mike Beebe signed House Bill 1577 into law. The bill encourages Arkansas landowners living near certain rivers and streams to set aside land to protect and enhance water quality. Jacqueline Froelich talks with a local ecologist to find out the local implications of the measure.
