Ballot Issue Faces Arkansas Voters

OZARKS AT LARGE (kuaf) - On Monday, August 25th, Secretary of State Charlie Daniels approved a proposed initiated act for the November ballot to ban unmarried couples from adopting or fostering children. THe Arkansas Family Council's Action Committee, who initiated the proposed ban, says only heterosexual couples are fit to foster or adopt children.
