New Jewish Temple in Fayetteville Nears Completion

(kuaf) - For almost 30 years, Fayetteville's Jewish community met for synagogue in each other's homes, or at the local Unitarian Fellowship Hall. Now they a building a new place to worship: Temple Shalom, which means "Temple of Peace." And thanks to a financial gift from the Miriam Ella Alford estate, the temple building will be ready this September. Jacqueline Froelich reports. © Copyright 2009, kuaf
