UA gets endowment for faith in business
The school announced Thursday that Tyson Family Foundation and Tyson Foods Inc. gave $2 million and the Walton Family Foundation gave a matching $2 million to get the center running.
The university says Judith A. Neal has been appointed the first director of the center, which will be named for Tyson.
The center will focus on curriculum development; outreach programs to business, churches and civic organizations; and research program support.

The Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas is to establish what it will call the Center for Faith and Spirituality in the Workplace. The school announced Thursday that Tyson Family Foundation and Tyson Foods Inc. gave $2 million and the Walton Family Foundation gave a matching $2 million to get the center running.
