Bullying LONDON (pri) - In Japan a spate of suicides among schoolchildren have been blamed on bullying.

Being a teenager can be emotional and hard as can be seen by nine children who have taken their own lives since early October. In almost all cases bullying has been blamed. Some schools have been accused of ignoring the problem. Others say it is too hard to spot who are the bullies and who are the victims. Tokyo correspondent Chris Hogg reports some schools are trying to address the problem.
