Mujeres Unidas en Arte (Women United in Art) Art Exhibit will feature the artwork of Mexican Artist Alma Ramirez and the art students from WInC. The Women’s Intercultural Center (WInC), based in Anthony, NM has been educating, empowering and engaging women since 1993. WInC’s Women Interweaving Needs & Goals for Success (WINGS) Program incorporates a three prong approach of Education & Personal Development, Economic Self-Sufficiency, and Consciousness-Raising for Change. Through collaboration with other organizations and volunteers, the Center also offers other special services, trainings and workshops that help meet the needs of the communities of Southern NM and West, TX. |
