Texas Manager Offered Pagosa Job PAGOSA SPRINGS, CO (ksut) - The current city manager of Cibolo, Texas has been offered the job of Pagosa Town Manager.
Todd Parton was selected from three finalists by the Pagosa Town Board following interviews with the board this week.
Before his job at Cibolo, Parton was a senior planner with a private firm.
Pagosa Mayor Ross Aragon says they hope to learn today if Parton will accept the towns offer, replacing Mark Garcia who resigned this past Spring.
