CNBC Gives High Marks To Four Corner States
(2008-07-10)
(ksut) - HOST LEAD: Colorado and Utah are getting some high marks when it comes to business friendliness.
KSUT's Victor Locke reports.

VICTOR: Colorado has been ranked 5th in the nation for business friendliness and 7th for quality of life, in the CNBC annual list of America's Top States for Business.
And the state scored among the top 15 states in six out of ten categories measured, including overall economic climate, access to capital and workforce quality.
The CNBC ranking cited Colorado's New Energy Economy as one of the biggest reasons the state went from 7th last year to 5th this year in business friendliness.
Colorado's lowest ranking was 35th for Education and Transportation.
Utah ranked third in the business friendliness category.
New Mexico ranked 46th for business friendliness but ranked 8th in the Economy category.
From KSUT, I'm Victor Locke.
