City Market Recalls Potato Salads Due To E Coli
(2007-09-04)
(ksut) - HOST LEAD: There's another food recall affecting area groceries.
KSUT's Victor Locke reports.

VICTOR: If you recently bought a Kroger Brand Potato Salad at City Market, you might want to return it.
Kroger says its Krogar Brand Mustard Potato Salad and Southern Style Potato Salad may contain E. Coli, a potentially deadly bacterium that can cause bloodyu diarrhea and dehydration, especially in the very young, seniors and those with a compromised immune system.
The potato salads have been voluntarily pulled from the shelves in Colorado, after a routine safety sampling in Ohio tested positive for E. Coli.
Anyone who still has the products should return them to the store for a full refund.
You can read more about the recall at kroger.com.
From KSUT, I'm Victor Locke.
