In recognition of Eva Garza's contribution to the international world of music and to our own Westside cultural heritage, The Esperanza Peace and Justice Center honors her many accomplishments with a special event on Sunday, February 24, 2013. At 2pm a reception and art exhibit will start the evening and is followed by a platica, performances by singers Leticia Rodrigues, Azul Barrientos, Las Tesoros de San Antonio,Jose Ruben de Leon and musicans George and Aaron Prado. A dancing area will be available. |
