The Northwest Nature Shop is sponsoring a half-day wildflower walk to the lush alpine meadows of Mount Ashland on Saturday July 12th at 10 am. Join expert naturalist, Jeanine Moy to learn about the spectacular local blooming wildflowers and the pollinators that make it all possible. The hike offers magnificent views and wildflower meadows. The alpine meadows are buzzing with pollinators, rushing from one plant to the next, spreading pollen. Learn about the various species of life that help plants to reproduce and those that guard precious rewards for the true pollinators in the beautiful setting of Mt. Ashland.
