Murder Suspect Oden Gutierrez, 17, captured early Monday, March 24, 2008 in Albuquerque, NM.

Teen Fugitive oden Gutierrez is back in custody .
San Juan County authorities say they were notified very early this morning that Gutierrez was re-captured in Albuquerque.
The 17-year old was featured Saturday night on the Fox television program "America's Most Wanted".
Gutierrez escaped almost two weeks ago from the San Juan County Juvenile Detention Center.
Corrections officials have been quoted as saying Gutierrez had help with his escape.
He was being in connection with the shooting death of an elderly san juan county man back in November and before that crime officials say Gutierrez had just escaped from a detention facility in Albuquerque
