Shiprock Student wins art award SHIPROCK, NM (ksje) - Three new mexico students were recently honored by the U-S department of Education sponsored art competition for Native American Students
One of them is from the Four Corners
Diedra Lee of Shiprock is an eighth grade student at Tse Bit Ai Middle School.
She won first place in the 6-8 grade level for a work called A Gift Without Boundaries.
There were more than 14-hundred entries from 34-states.
