Fast Food Worker Accused of Poisoning BLOOMFIELD, NM (ksje) - A suspected poisoning at a fast food restaurant in Bloomfield gets a Bloomfield woman in trouble with police.
Bloomfield Police says hree Aztec teens were poisoned at the Burger King restaurant in Bloomfield Tuesday night after an argument at the drive through.
25-year old Marisa Howard was arrested on Wednesday and charged with aggravated battery and child abuse.
Authorities say Howard is accused of adding sink sanitizer to the teen's food after an argument about the order.
Police say the sanitizer contains chemicals that could cause burns to the mouth and throat.
The teens all sought medical treatment at San Juan Regional Medical center.
