He's served two full terms and now Gov. Bill Richardson is leaving office at the end of this week. In a wide-ranging interview with KSFR, Richardson talked about his accomplishments in office (a competitive film industry incentive program, a commuter rail line and the nation's first commercial spaceport, among others) and about how he feels about the criticisms he's faced as his administration fought off a number of allegations of corruption. He's never been charged personally with any wrongdoing, but a number of his cronies have been. He also talked about what might lie ahead in his professional life and about whether he might extend a pardon to Billy the Kid.
