"It will shake up the industry" (Listen again)
(2010-10-15)
(KSFR) -
U.S. Sen. Tom Udall of New Mexico is joining the chorus hailing a new technology being introduced.

It's a new FDA-approved super metal developed at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, now scheduled to be used in dental implants. Dr. Terry Lowe, one of the developers of nanotitanium says this is the beginning of many more applications for the metal. He says it will shake up the industry.

KSFR's Rachel Kennedy reports.
