More advice on tomatoes
The FDA has stated that the contaminated tomatoes were grown in certain areas of Florida or Mexico, but the agency has not been able to pinpoint a more specific source yet. -- New Mexico's Environment Department has put out a new reminder to avoid certain tomatoes, as the number of cases of salmonella poisoning has risen to 77 in 17 counties. They say tomatoes grown in New Mexico are on the "safe" list. More at the FDA's web site.
