-- A Santa Fe man who was mistakenly picked up by immigration agents last year still works at a local hotel where there's word that a meeting of immigration agents may be underway. A manager at the Inn of the Governors hotel confirms that Jose Guzman still works as a chef in the
hotel's Del Charro restaurant.
Last September, federal agents picked up Guzman in a case of mistaken identity. He was held for months without a hearing until a local lawyer finally got a judge to listen to the case.
