SANTA FE (KSFR) - -- On Tuesday's midday report: The telecommunications company T-Mobile hasn't answered our questions yet, but we'll talk to people in Chimayo who are upset over the company's tower that may have been built without all the necessary approvals.

A proposal inching toward debate by Santa Fe's full city council would create what are called Neighborhood Conservation Districts. We'll ask the author of the original proposal what that means.
