State lawmaker challenges AG on medical marijuana decision (Podcast)

SANTA FE (KSFR) - -- The state lawmaker who sheparded New Mexico's medical marijuana law through the legislature says he may ask the governor to take the law off the books until the decision of the state attorney general is settled. Attorney General Gary King says he won't be able to offense state workers defense representation if they're charged with a federal offense for working in the program.
