While a serious group of New Mexico lawmakers sweated out budget problems at the Round House, another serious group of folks hunkered down a few blocks away at the new Santa Fe Community Convention Center. They're in town for a three day Green Building Summit, exploring ways to build houses that are more energy efficient while not costing a fortune. KSFR's Susan Thornton has this from the summit.
