Local Online Political Journalist Sues NMFA Seeking Documents

LAS CRUCES, NM (krwg) - Local Online Political Journalist Heath Haussamen recently filed a lawsuit against the New Mexico Finance Authority, claiming the NMFA is not providing documents which contain information about a federal grand jury investigation into Governor Bill Richardson's administration.
