ALBUQUERQUE, NM (krwg) - The secretary of state's office is dismissing criticism of its hiring of a Senate candidate's relative as elections director. Secretary of State Mary Herrera on Friday announced she'd hired James Noel as elections director, filling a position that had been vacated by former director Daniel Soto.
