El Pasoan Fakes Kidnapping to Avoid Angering Wife

LAS CRUCES, NM (krwg) - Yesterday, an El Paso resident was arrested after lying to police officers about being kidnapped to avoid getting in trouble with his wife. Last week, thirty-one year old Juan Carlos Rivas told police investigators he had been kidnapped by three men and left in his vehicle overnight.
