Learn how to make vegan cheese out of cashews, almonds, brazil nuts, and more! Valarie and Robyn will be sharing their favorite recipes, sampling vegan cheeses, and discussing their experiences experimenting with non-dairy cheeses. Recipes will include soft and hard cheeses (like a parmesan sprinkle), an alfredo sauce, mac and cheese, and cheese dips.
