Karla and Trish of our Wellness department will lead a class detailing the ways you can boost your mood this summer. We’ll cover general tips, foods, herbs, and lifestyle choices that promote a sunny disposition.
Classes are free for members and $3 for non-members, and will take place in the Co-op Community Room. Sign up in-store, over the phone, or online. Don’t forget about the corresponding Cooking Class the following Thursday.
