Ellen Schwartz, owner of Pi Pilates Studio in Mesilla, will offer PILOXING, followed up with Tai Chi and Meditation. Piloxing is a combo of Pilates and boxing. This core-based workout packs a punch when it comes to burning calories (up to 900 per hour-long class per Shape Magazine) and having fun at the same time. You'll  feel sleek, sexy, and powerful after the combination of Piloxing and Tai Chi. Ellen Schwartz a Holistic Fitness and Health Coach, specializing in functional fitness and natural alternatives for health challenges. Schwartz is currently certified to teach Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi Yang style 24 forms, Turbo Kick, and Piloxing.  

This class is part of the Southwest Senior Lifestyle Expo. A suggested $3 donation benefits the Community of Hope Homeless Veterans Program.
