The public is invited the Bootheel Youth Museum July 4th to celebrate Independence Day free of charge. Visit the Children’s Village, Making Tracks on the Lewis and Clark Trail, the New Nano exhibit, see an exciting science show, and do hands on activities in Punky’s new laboratory.
The Bootheel Youth Museum renovated an underutilized area in the museum to become the new home of the Nano Exhibit and Punky’s Lab which opened in early June. The Nano exhibit contains 8 hands on kiosks that educate visitors about all the things nano. Punky’s Lab is a place where guests have the chance to explore all kinds of exciting hands on science.
Museum hours on July 4th are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a live Science Show at 1 p.m.
