“Beth Thomas: Transition Spaces 13.2” will be on display beginning September 27 at the Crisp Museum on the River Campus.
Beth thinks of her assemblages as a glimpse into the past, typically objects from her childhood, those objects she considers are a part of pop culture. Within the assemblages she tries to incorporate her drawings, paintings, photographs and other media to compliment the object highlighted.
The public is invited to an opening reception from 4 - 8 p.m. on Friday, October 4 at Museum with an artist’s talk scheduled for 5:30 p.m. The exhibit will remain on display through December 8.
