Climate Security Act of 2008 filibustered to death in US Senate - Wasatch Environmental Update for June 8, 2008 SALT LAKE CITY, UT (krcl) - Utah's senators voted for preventing debate on the Climate Security Act, now effectively dead. That act was designed to facilitate serious reductions in US emissions of CO2.
