On October 20, 2004, documentarian and social justice activist, Michael Moore visited the campus of Utah Valley State College. Moore's presence in the conservative dominated bastion of banality, created a culture war. This Divided State is a documentary chronicling the controversy. The film's director, Steve Greenstreet, and co-producer, Phil Gordon, spoke about the effect of Moore's visit to UVSC.
