Our hyperated society and quick culture often demand more of our time than we have to give. President of Utah Slow Food, Christi Paulsen, and Slow Food board member, Vanessa Chang, spoke about the issues surrounding the way we eat meals and consume food. Slow Food suggests new fulfilling relationships with ourselves and our food.Wasatch Community Gardens administrator and coordinator, Brain Emerson, discussed the circumstance and reproductions of industrial chemical agri-business. Community gardening, buying locally and eating well may be the solution to many of our illnesses and environmental problems.
