Ben and Jerry's Homemade is going to roll out a line of organic ice cream. The South Burlington-based ice cream company is going to start test-marketing four flavors in San Francisco and Boston next month: vanilla, strawberry, cookies-and-cream, and chocolate fudge brownie.
The company is tentatively promising to use as much organic milk as Vermont farmers can provide.
