Seattle Tilth The Tilth is about more than gardening, though it's a national resource for anything organic gardening related. Take a class in beekeeping, chickens, seed starting, growing organic edibles, composting, rain harvesting, turning a lawn into a veggie patch and so much more. Classes are available for kids, too! If one of your resolutions involves volunteering, they have orientations on the first Tuesday of each month.
