Choosing Whether to Vaccinate
SEATTLE, WA

A small but growing number of parents are refusing to let their kids get routine vaccinations. As many as one in every 25 schoolchildren in King County is not vaccinated. That's one of the highest rates in the country. Doctors and scientists are gathering this week to discuss the ethical implications. KPLU science and health reporter Keith Seinfeld talks to pediatrician Doug Diekema, who organized the conference at Seattle Children's Hospital.
