Making Cheese In Pike Place Market SEATTLE, WA (KPLU) - Cheesemakers from all over the world are converging on Pike Place Market this weekend. It's the fifth annual Seattle Cheese Festival. But Shane Wahlund won't have to travel far. He works in the market -- at DeLaurenti Specialty Food. He'll be teaching people how to make fresh mozarella and burata cheese at the festival. And he gave KPLU's Brian Reed a delectable lesson.
