Federal Money to Stem Tide of Foreclosures

(KPLU) - City and county housing offices all over the state have been putting the finishing touches on applications -- for millions of federal dollars. The funds will go to so-called "neighborhood stabilization plans" to stem the growing tide of home foreclosures.
