School lunches are last bastion for trans-fats
SEATTLE, WA
(KPLU) -
As of February 1st, restaurants in King county can no longer use artificial trans-fats in their cooking or baking. The ban is meant to protect against bad cholesterol. There is one exemption to the ban -- school cafeterias. More from KPLU health and science reporter Keith Seinfeld:
